Soumaya Meddeb

Bio
Dr. Soumaya Meddeb, DBA, is a postdoctoral researcher at the Research Institute on SMEs and a lecturer in the Department of Management at the University of Québec at Trois-Rivieres (UQTR). Her research focuses on the psychology of entrepreneurship and mentoring practices. She has published in leading journals such as the International Small Business Journal and has received several awards and research grants from SSHRC and Mitacs. Soumaya is also involved in international research collaborations and regularly contributes to academic and professional communities.
