Bio
Identity: My name is Blanchard-Job Balanda Matadi, a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo. My father was Ruphin Lubamba Yamvu and my mother is Christine Ntemene Nzumba. Married to Milca Muke-Muke Malonda, I am currently the father of a daughter, Eliana Ntemene Masianzambi. Education: I hold a secondary school diploma in pedagogy (2003) obtained in DRC, and a bachelor's degree in business management, specialization in entrepreneurship and SMEs, from the University of Kinshasa (2010) in DRC. I have a Master's degree in finance, taxation, and credit from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno (2021) in Belarus. Currently, I am pursuing a DBA at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Career Plan: I plan to pursue a career as a university professor, primarily at the Kinshasa Business School, where I currently serve as an assistant professor. Job experiences: Parliamentary Assistant (2011-2012); Visiting Assistant at ISTM-KENGE (2012-2014); Personnel Officer of Congo Equipments and Systems (2015); Consultant - Coach of Women Entrepreneurs for an AfDB project in Kinshasa (2016-2018); Research Assistant at HEC-KINSHASA (2016-present). Languages ​​Spoken: French, English, Russian, Lingala, and Kikongo.

My research interests in entrepreneurship focus primarily on: - Collective entrepreneurial mentoring; - Dyadic entrepreneurial mentoring; - Entrepreneurial coaching; - Issues in supporting entrepreneurs in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
